Check our Ramesh Ponnuru’s op-ed in the New York Times. He goes into greater detail, but essentially promotes my ideas of solving the health care crisis by making insurance portable, i.e. staying with the person instead of with the employer, and allowing IRS deductions to individuals who buy their own insurance.
