The Dow Jones seems to oppose the nomination of Kathleen Sebelius for Secretary of Health and Human Services also. The average has fallen more, even while Obama introduced her to the country. She is also the governor who refused to honor refund checks for her constituents who had overpaid their taxes until the Republicans in her legislature agreed with her budget.
