Get Ready for The Tea Party Tomorrow

1. Be sure you cell phone is powered up so you can take pictures and make phone calls. Later send your pictures to your representatives (federal and state), news media, and blogs.
2. Bring cameras and video cams if you have them. Try to get some wide shots of the crowd to show how many people are attending. The media tends to focus on tight shots of crowds because they often don’t want to show how many show up.
3. Dress neatly, but comfortably. Wear red if you can because it photographs well and it illustrates the red ink we are protesting.
4. Be aware that some people will attend with the intention of disrupting or creating a false impression about the crowd or their intentions. Do not add any “fuel to their fire.”
5. Remember that this is our country and the government serves at our request. We are not government tax paying pawns.
