Gore Refuses Global Warming Debate

For years, Gore has refused to debate global warming skeptics. He prefers to present his slide show without questions from a knowledgeable counterpart. This morning he testified in the House of Representatives that global warming was the most important issue Congress has ever faced. But apparently he didn't want anyone questioning his conclusions.

The Republicans had invited Lord Christopher Monkton, a former science advisor to Margeret Thatcher to speak on the same subject. However when Monkton landed at the airport from London, the Democrats informed him that his appearance has been cancelled. According to Climate Depot, his response was, “The House Democrats don't want Gore humiliated, so they slammed the door of the Capitol in my face. They are cowards.”
